Gloria approaches real estate with purpose. Her foundation was built in Moore County, North Carolina, grounded in strong family values and proud heritage from Guanajuato, Mexico — where hard work, loyalty, and relationships are a way of life. 

As a mother of five successful young adults, some graduates of UNC Greensboro, UNC Charlotte. Gloria understands firsthand the power of intentional decision making, disciplined planning, and building a future that extends beyond today. She believes real estate is one of the most powerful tools for creating generational stability and financial freedom when approached with wisdom and strategy. 

Before real estate, Gloria spent over nine years in the construction industry serving as a Safety Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Consultant. That experience shaped her meticulous attention to detail, risk management expertise, and ability to evaluate renovation potential with clarity. She confidently supports clients pursuing primary residences, luxury listings, investment properties, flips and value add projects. 

Clients appreciate her intention, steady presence, strategic thinking, and commitment to delivering a polished, white glove experience. She believes excellence is not accidental, it is built through preparation, integrity, and disciplined execution. 

Outside of business, Gloria prioritizes fitness, hiking, kayaking, and travel, believing that personal growth and balance are essential to sustained success.
